To keep up, we're looking for a Technical Expert to keep our technical documentation, installation plans, and processes sharp, accurate, and scalable.

As a Technical Expert, you will work with the Quality Team in the Commercial department. You will be a key support for the Technical Account Managers (TAM), acting also as a point of contact with the operations department.

What you will do as a Technical Expert at Quatt:

• Support account managers in creating and reviewing technical documentation on home batteries, heat pumps, and electricity.

• Act as a bridge between the sales team, customer support, and the installation team to resolve issues and be aligned with respect to work guidelines.

• Implement and adjust processes to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.

• Keep the technical sales database up to date.

• Communicating with customers to solve problems or clarify installation plans.

We're a match if you:

• Have a technical background (via study or hands-on experience) in fields like engineering or architecture

• Understand basic electrical systems and have experience with—or interest in—heat pumps or home energy tech

• Can read and create technical drawings with strong spatial awareness

• Know how to work across teams and navigate multi-stakeholder processes

• Are comfortable using tools like HubSpot and Google Sheets

• Communicate clearly and pay close attention to detail

• Thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

• Speak and write English fluently; Dutch is a plus.
