About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on Photographer & Videographer who knows how to move fast and capture with intent.

Someone who understands the difference between a good image and a right image. Who can switch between clean, elevated studio work and more spontaneous, documentary-style content without losing consistency. Our ambition is to create imagery where style leads and humanity shows: captured in a bold, characterful way.

You’ll be our in-house visual force: shooting, editing and delivering content across campaigns, e-commerce and daily brand moments. This role is about ownership, pace and a strong visual eye. Part-time (2–3 days per week), with flexibility in how you structure your time. It is the perfect stable option for candidates to fulfill alongside their freelance work. 

This position itself is not available on freelance-basis.

Photography

• Own all in-house photography (e-commerce, product, campaign, on-location)

• Edit and retouch all imagery in line with the O My Bag visual identity

• Select and curate final imagery from external shoots

• Create high-quality visuals for webshop, wholesale, campaigns and brand use

• Ensure consistency across all outputs: from product detail to campaign storytelling

• Maintain and manage the image bank (selection, formatting, resizing)

• Work closely with Brand Designer on seasonal concepts and execution

• Manage relationships with external photographers and creatives

• Own the photography budget and planning

• Ensure all imagery meets technical and platform requirements

Videography

• Shoot and edit both high-quality video productions and fast-turnaround content.

• Translate a video brief and concept in clear storytelling scripts & shots.  

• Capture and edit with a strong sense of pacing, storytelling and brand tone.

• Translate campaign concepts into consistent video output across all channels.

• Capture more raw, spontaneous, human moments next to curated shoots.

• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure both brand alignment and performance impact.

• Deliver assets tailored to different formats and placements. Know what works where.

• Stay ahead of video formats, editing styles, and emerging tools

About you

• Strong eye for composition, light, styling and storytelling

• Hands-on, fast and comfortable owning output end-to-end

• Experience within a fashion, lifestyle or premium brand

• Skilled in both high-end editing and fast-turnaround content

• Strong understanding of multi-channel content needs (e-com, social, paid, B2B)

• Structured, organised and able to work independently at pace

• Advanced in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro; After Effects is a plus)

• Confident with camera systems, manual settings and lighting setups (studio & on-location)

  Plus: experience with Capture One and a proactive approach to AI in image & video workflows
