As Partnership Manager, you’ll take ownership of these key relationships, ensuring every lead is handled with care while exploring ways to deepen collaboration and maximize impact. Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners to maximize trust and lead flow.
• Ensure that leads provided by partners are converted with operational excellence similar to how Quatt leads are converted, or how you would like to be treated when buying a product from the Quatt ecosystem.
• Monitor, report, and optimize lead conversion and partner performance metrics.
• Proactively align with partners on goals, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
• Develop scalable processes for lead intake, communication, and reporting.

Additional responsibilities:

• Negotiate and expand agreements to increase lead volumes and deepen partnerships.
• Represent Quatt at partner meetings, industry events, and joint initiatives for the business development and acquisition of new partners.

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or other commercial roles.
• Experience with or ambition to manage lead-generating partnerships.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with performance tracking skills.
• Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, adaptable, and resilient.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
