Join our dynamic Service team: this is where the magic happens! Our team plays a crucial role in the company, ensuring that our battery projects are seamlessly managed, from planning to execution across multiple countries. 

As an International Project Manager, no two days are the same. You’ll oversee our battery projects across the Nordics and DACH region, managing operations in diverse environments; from construction sites to large-scale events. You’ll maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners, coordinate with local stakeholders, and instruct our service engineers on upcoming projects to ensure smooth execution. 

You ensure that all project requirements are available on time and delivered accurately, while keeping a clear overview across multiple countries and timelines. While your work is primarily office-based, you will regularly travel to project sites within your region.  

You take a proactive approach to keeping projects organized and on track, while integrating QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) standards into your planning. You conduct risk assessments, ensure compliance with local regulations, and contribute to continuous improvement; driving safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery across borders.

Who are you? 

• A true Greener—you want to make the world a better place, challenge the status quo, and continuously look for ways to improve 

• You have 5+ years of experience in a similar (international) project management role and at least an HBO-level education 

• You are comfortable working across different countries, cultures, and stakeholders 

• You are fluent in English, and additionally speak fluent (C1-C2) Dutch or German 

• You have strong organizational skills with great attention to detail and safety 

• You are skilled at building and maintaining relationships with international stakeholders 

• Affinity with technology or batteries, and experience in construction or energy projects is a plus
